“I ordered the Firelight starter kit because I was in a play and had to smoke onstage. It was totally convincing, and ended up replacing my ACTUAL cigarettes! The only noticeable difference is the weight, as electronic cigarettes are a bit heavier than normal ones. Also, the kit didn’t come with instructions, but if you have a fair amount of common sense, this isn’t a problem. The customer service is impeccable! A piece of my charger didn’t work when I received the kit, but they were polite and prompt in replying to my emails and getting my new charger to me. I will definitely be ordering from this company again!

“Hi! I got my e cig kit on friday and was very happy with it. The vapor was good and the flavor wasn’t to bad either. The only problem was the free 10 pack of refill cartridges. 1 cart was only about 2 – 3 cigs so by the next day I had to run out and buy real smokes!! My suggestion is that you also order some of the liquid so you don’t run out!!!!! I just dripped about 3 drops into the used free carts and it was equal to about 3 cigs. Much more economical!.”
