Suggestion for 1 st time buyers

Hi! I got my e cig kit on friday and was very happy with it. The vapor was good and the flavor wasn't to bad either. The only problem was the free 10 pack of refill cartridges. 1 cart was only about 2 - 3 cigs so by the next day I had to run out and buy real smokes!! My suggestion is that you also order some of the liquid so you don't run out!!!!! I just dripped about 3 drops into the used free carts and it was equal to about 3 cigs. Much more economical!

Before I get into writing a review on the Firelight e-cigarette, I want to tell everyone that reads this that about an outstanding customer service rep with this company. Her name is May, and I have to give her 10 Stars for not only being the best at her job, but also for being so compassionate and for going above and beyond her duties as an employee. In the beginning when I first started using e-cigs I had alot of questions. May took the time to answer each question I had with a very detailed response, and followed up to make sure that I understood everything completely. It didn't matter how many questions I had, she answered each and every one with compassion for someone like me, who was new to the whole e-cigarette thing,and I find that a very valuable quality in any person today. Also, it didn't matter what time of day or night that I wrote to her, she has always answered my questions and concerns in less than 24 hours, which in todays world, I find that to be Outstanding Customer Service trait.

Furthermore, She has taken it upon herself, to write alot of the tutorials and trouble shooting answers on here herself, in a way that everyone can fully understand.
May, I have said it many times before, and I am going to say it again, you are wonderful, compassionate and knowledgeable in what you do, and you are the most helpful person I have ever met, and I believe you are a valuable asset to your company.

Now, when I decided to start vaping and stop smoking I did alot of research to find the best one. I didn't want to spend alot of money on ones that didn't fulfill my cravings and I still wanted a true smoking experience without all the harmful things in regular cigarettes.
I tried a friends that he had that was a different brand than the Firelight and it just didn't satisfy my urge. So as I said, I started doing alot of research. After finding this site, and researching and reading testimonials, I decided to buy the "Firelight E Starter Kit" for $49.95. The kit came with 2 rechargeable batteries, 2 atomizers, a wall, car and usb charger and 10 prefilled cartridges, and a 30 day warranty. It was an outstanding deal since most other brands only give you 2 batteries, 1 atomizer, 1 charger and only 5 prefilled cartridges.
When the kit arrived I started using it right away and I am here to tell you this: I was amazed and satisfied with my purchase. It cut my urge to smoke real cigarettes by more than half. The Firelight brand is fantastic and satisfies all my urges for a real cigarette. I was a pack and a half a day smoker for over 30 years, and now I smoke real cigarettes very rarely, and am on my way to quitting real cigs altogether.
With the e-cigarette I take a few drags off of it and my craving for nicotine is satisfied. I was so impressed with this kit that I ordered another one for my wife and she is just as happy as I am. Also, the 50ml bottle of e-liguid for refilling is an exceptional deal since most smoke shops want $12-$15 dollars for a 10ml bottle.

In closing I have to say, if you are going to make the switch to e-cigarettes, then this is the kit for you. Why spend $100 or more on an inferior brand and then end up buying this one. Save yourself alot of headaches and money and buy the "Firelight E Starter Kit" for $49.95 plus a low cost shipping fee. Oh, one thing I forgot to mention. You will find alot of places offering free trials for like $4.95, but beware, read the fine print and you will see that if you do the free trial, they automatically sign you up for monthly refills for an obnoxious amount of money. None of thathere at E-Cigarettes National. You only get charged for what you buy, no gimmicks or fine print that sucks your bank account dry.

I got this kit for my husband and I am just thrilled about it. The atomizers didn't work well but you sent out new ones right away, I was very impressed with the great service. Better than that, no more disgusting cigarette mess, no stinky breath and the coughing is almost gone - and he smoked for more than 25 years!! Anyone thinking about trying these out please do yourself and everyone around you a favor and try, you have nothing to lost but a nasty habit and the best part is he can 'smoke' in the house. My son has an e-cigarette from somewhere else but the cost was higher, both to set it up and for the refills so this deal is great and they both agree the taste on these is excellent, the tobacco flavor is good.

I received my starter kit quickly and had a minor problem with several cartridges being dried up. May almost immediately addressed the problem to my satisfaction. Best customer service I've had in a long time! Because of this they have my loyalty forever. May is an outstanding employee. The product is great also.

I had been using a brand where you press a button to make vapor because when I tried a brand where you don't press a button, I could barely get any vapor. Well, I decided to search for the most realistic kind out there where I don't have to press a button and I still get a good amount of vapor. THIS IS IT. When I first got it, I actually tried to ash it out my car window! Seriously, that's how realistic it is. I haven't smoked a real cigarette for five months now. As a former smoker, I know that many people are addicted to the act of smoking, not just the nicotine. Whoever invented this design knew what they were doing because the atomizer is as small as the chamber can be, and you can just snap on the cartridges instead of screwing them on. Also, I'll usually go 5 days before I have to charge it. I can use the nicotine oil I have from another company in these cartridges, and you don't have to refill it very often at all. The "sponge" in the cartridge must be super-absorbent. It's the sleekest design ever, and can't believe everything included in the starter kit for such a great price. You'll never need to buy anything again except for cartridges, or instead you can just buy a bottle of nicotine "juice" from a lot of different places out there. Then you just refill your cartridges. I've had my bottle of cherry nicotine juice since February, and there's still a third of it left! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!

So far so good. I ordered Friday, had my package Tuesday @ 12;30pm.
I opened the box, one of the "cigs" was kind of crooked, where it connects to the atomizer. But it seems to work fine. I am new to ecigs. And have only tried one brand, 21st century smoke disposable, I got at a gas station.
Used 3 of those, 375 puffs each(more like 150 for me, I like BIG puffs)for about four days. The batteries on those wore out quick. But they hit pretty good.
The firelight is really cool. So much more like a real cig. I expected a stronger hit, from the reviews I've read. But it has a decent drag to it. For the money I paid, I'd say its well worth it. I recommend it for sure..plus I'm not worried about anything going wrong, cause these guys seem to take care of u.
I will post again if I need any help from the famous, May. :);)

I have been using my Firelight since Feb 2010. I have tried other brands and none compare to the quality and superb customer service of Ecigarettes national. May has been so helpful. When I first state vapeing I had no idea what I was doing. may helped me through it and has been there ever since.I love this product and this company. Thank you May!!!! I think if you read this you'll know who wrote this. Your favorite pest.

Recently bought the Firelight starter kit in April, 2011 after reading tons of reviews about e-cigs in general. So far so good, I have not needed nor wanted a normal cig. The Firelight kit is awesome and works great. Bought an additional USB charger for work and 50 ml of e-juice that I use to refill the 10 cartridges that came with the kit (4 drops is all you need). Great Service (May is Awesome!) I'm one happy camper thanks to you guys.

I've been using my Firelight starter kit for just over two months now and I couldn't be happier. I wanted to cut down on my smoking (for various reasons) and after reading many reviews I decided to give the Firelight starter kit a try. It took a little getting used to but I now enjoy my E-cigarettes as much as traditional cigarettes - maybe more so.

For everyday home use I've found that the e-liquid and blank cartridges work best. The pre-filled cartridges are handy for travel. For a pack a day smoker like myself I've found that the battery needs a charge every day or so. With the two e-cigarettes included in the starter kit it works perfectly. Charge one while using the other.

I can't finish my review without mentioning how outstanding the customer service is - especially May. I had a problem with one battery and I submitted a ticket explaining the problem. Within an hour I had a reply from May and the issue was soon resolved. I can't emphasize enough the quality of service that May provides - she is a true professional!

Bottom line: If you're considering an E-cigarette for whatever reason give the Firelight a try. A great product at a great price and the best customer service to be found anywhere!

This product took my husband off smoking cigarettes! I cannot believe it, nor can he. It works great, and give lots of vapor. Make sure to buy the e liquid too, it last a long long time for what it is worth and produces more vapor. My husband has not been smoking for over a week, and that is his first time in his life! Great customer service. One of my e cigarettes became defective and i e-mailed them. In a few hours i received an e -mail back (on easter holiday, wow!) and said they will mail out the new one tomorrow. Without even recieving the defective one from me, they went ahead and sent out a new e cigarette to me! Talking about trusting customers and valuing us! I never received such good service in my life!

I heard online that this company is the best customer service e cigarette company out of all. I didn't believe it so much at first, but said to be on the safe side, let's buy. Now I truly belive it and let me tell you, don't buy anywhere else, except e cigarette national!! :D

Won't shop at any other e cig company, except this one!
