1. It truly is remarkable!

   My Mom has smoked for 60+ years. She has emphysema and the Doctors have begged her for years to quit. God love her, she has tried but within just a few days she would be back at it again. She was to the point she would be gasping for breath just from walking from one room into another while smoking her cigarettes. My brother researched e-cigs, asked around at his job, a marine base, and finally opted for the Firelight brand......1 set for himself and 1 set for Mom (Mother's Day). My brother has reduced his tobacco intake by over half, if not more and Mom hasn't smoked in over a month. Way to go Mom!!! She said it is even easier for her to breath now, she's more mobile and she just thinks she's too cool with her Firelight e-cigs!
   I live in Florida, the taxes on tobacco last couple of years really took a bite out of my wallet but I couldn't quit, or actually I enjoyed smoking and really didn't want to quit. Last month at work for our annual insurance renewal, smokers were penalize with higher premiums, almost twice as much as non-smokers. OK, enough is enough, I asked Mom which brand e-cig. she got, bought my own Firelight kit and I can't believe how much I enjoy it. When my kit arrived last Wed. I had just opened up the last pack from a carton of Misty 120 lights, 1 week later I still have about 8 cigarettes left in the pack. Well of course I will finish them for what they cost but I WILL NOT be buying anymore.
   I also bought a bottle of E-Liquid in low strength which I figured to be the nicotine equivalent of a light or ultra light cigarette. Although it has a nice (very mild) flavor I still didn't feel 100% satisfied or get that throat hit others have talked about. So I order another bottle of high strength figuring I could make up my own formula between the low and the high to meet my individual needs. I got it today and actually I rather like the high strength, it doesn't seem to be THAT strong, I get the throat hit and feel very satisfied after only a couple of vaps. Since e-Cigarettes National is Florida based, from the time of ordering until it's waiting at my door---3 days. Can't get any better than that.
   I had a few questions so I opened up an onsite helpdesk ticket way after their closing hours figuring I would not hear from them until the following day. Well geez, these people must work 24/7 as I received an email within the hour from May (just as sweet as everyone has said) answering all my questions. How awesome is that.
   This may not be for everyone. I think you also need to be ready to take the plunge and have the mind set that you truly do want to quit smoking. But for my family this has been a great support aid and it is something we are sharing together as a family.

2. Customer Service is Excellent!!!

   I recently ordered one of the starter kits and was impressed from the first puff, frankly I do not even like the taste of my "real" cigs anymore. One of my batteries would not charge, so on Memorial day I decided to email and ask what I needed to do. I was absolutely shocked when May replied to my email on Memorial Day...the holiday!
   
   She, with no questions asked, immediately stated that she would send me a replacemnet batteyr the next day. I was fully prepared to purchase my own replacement because i have enjoy my new e-cigs so much, but she replaced it at no charge.
   
   Since then, I have ordered 2 more batteries, 2 more atomizers, and a bottle on the menthol high strength. I NEVER want to be without my e-cig again!
   
   May is incredible, if every company had someone as dedicated, prompt, and profesional as her, they would all prosper.
   
   I have NO desire to even try another brand, I am sold!
   
   Even if I had to purchase a new battery every month, the cost savings compared to regular cigs would still be enough to go on a pretty awesome vacation every year.
   
   I have only come across 3-4 products and companies my entire life that I would adamantly recommend to anyone and everyone, this is one of them...

3. Superb stop smoking aide and company that has A1 Customer Service

   I have smoked for years 10+. I have also tried and tried to stop with no success. This electric cigarette, Firelight Micro, marketed by Cigarette National is superb. I have had this electric cigarette for a little over a month. I went from smoking a pack of cigarettes every other day to 3 or 4 a week. Shortly, I will completely quit smoking. The Firelight Electric Cigarette is outstanding and the customer service provided by Cigarette National is out of this world.

   Ive had my Firelight for about a week now and i haven't had a real cig in 5 days. I'm not going to lie to you its not as good as the real thing but it is working great. No mood or physical withdraws. At first i was missing the throat hit but after about 2 days it got better and i feel it now. This product is a win win its cheap and it works.

5. Company is Great

   This is my second starter kit. My first one is another brand and company. Because their customer service was so poor I moved on when another kit was needed. I received this kit about a week ago. Shipping was very fast. One of my batteries stopped working today. Sometimes they get moisture in them and causes it to stop working. I put in a trouble ticket and was dreading the "rules" review that the other company always wanted to preach. They mailed me a bad battery and still insisted it was me and not just a bad battery. It happens but I didn't feel I needed a lecture since I never was able to use the one they had sent. Well, this company responded back so quickly and no lecture. Said they were sorry and would be sending me a replacement right away. Although I have not received it yet, I wanted to let them know how much I appreciate them making the return so so simple for me. I am busy and instead of 2 hours of emails and phone calls it took me only 3 minutes to get this resolved. Thanks so much for knowing my time is valuable and that I am a valued customer that you appreciate enough to make it right and me happy. I will be back for more. I love smoking and this is the solution of a life time. I get to smoke and the rest of the world can stand to be around me now. lol. Thanks and also let me note that I absolutely love the size of these. They are exactly regular cig size unlike the others that are way huge and hard to hold in mouth. Just love love love them.

6. The Best Alternative to Smoking Cigarettes!!!!

   I met my Fiance 7 years ago and she has always smoked cigarettes. She lived in WI and I lived in FL and when ever she came down to visit I would end up smoking 10x more because of her smoking habit. We would stay at hotels and she would chain smoke in the rooms. I recently moved up to WI to be with her and proposed to her. I convinced her to get the E-Cigarette and we stumbled upon Firelight and we purchased the Firelight Micro "His & Hers" Double Micro Starter Kit Bundle. It only took about a week to skew her off the tobacco cigarettes but now neither one of us has touched a tobacco cigarette since. I give this product 10 stars and 4 thumbs up. She would always fall asleep with a cigarette in her hands and end up burning holes in her sheet, shirts, sweatshirts, whatever she was wearing. Now it doesn't matter until she wakes up (and looks for her e-cigarette that has fallen somewhere). No smoke, no fire, no burning holes, no ashes, no smell, no second hand smoke, house smells better and the product works like a charm. I was also skeptic but this thing really works! Whether you are looking to quit smoking or just want a healthier smoking alternative, this is the product for you. The 50mL of liquid is a huge money saver compared to real tobacco cigarettes. I love this product.

   The Firelight is better than I expected. In fact, it's more satisfying than my Marlboros. This was evident during the first use.

   Absolutely amazing cust service. The company I work at has been around 100 yrs and could sure learn a thing or two from this company. Very responsive--heck someone even read the note included with my order and responded to it. If this company stays on track it is GOING PLACES!!!

   This is a great product! Quit smoking right after receiving my kit! I was so happy that it was all I wanted it to be and more. If you have any concerns, use the ticket system. It works! Very quick response time. May is the best! My concerns were taken care of in a very quick and timely manner. May, I thank you for all your help.     IM A US SOLDIER CURRENTLY IN IRAQ I JUST RECEIVED MY PRODUCT WICH IT WAS THE FIRELIGHT MICRO KIT I BEEN SMOKING FOR 12 YEARS ALREADY I THOUGHT THIS PRODUCT WASNT GONNA WORK BUT IN REALITY IT DOES WORK ITS THE BEST FEELING EVER WHEN IM CRAVING A CIGARRETE AND ASAP WHEN I PUFF ON THE FIRELIGHT MY CRAVING GOES AWAY THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT EVER SO PLEASE DONT WASTE UR MONEY ON PATCHES OR THE GUM ITS NO WORTH IT BUT THE FIRELIGHT IT IS AND I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
